Oklahoma Requirements Regulations
Title 15 Contracts/ Sections 15-951 - 15 -956 Disclosure and Part Identification Repair shop must disclose to the customer that the estimate was prepared based on the use of aftermarket creash parts and that any warranties applicable to the parts are to be provided by the manufacturer of the parts. Any aftermarket crash part used must have affixed to or inscribed on it the manufacturer's logo or name such that it is visible after installation whenever practicable.
