| Title 31A Insurance Code/ Chapter 22 Contracts in Specific Lines/ Sections 31A-22-316 - 31A-22-319 | Disclosure and Part Identification | Repair shop must disclose to the customer that the estimate was prepared based on the use of aftermarket crash parts and that the warranties applicable to the parts are provided by the manufacturer of the parts. Any aftermarket part used must have the logo or name of the manufacturer affixed to or inscribed on the part such that it is visible after installation whenever practicable. |
